Job Description :
-Develop and implements Talent Management Program in company with relation to other section in HR
-As assessor for internal talent assessment
-Handle talent pool monitoring & reporting
Requirements :
- Male / female, max 30 years of age
- Min 2 years experience in HR related area, handling assessment and talent management
- At least Bachelor Degree in psychology, especially a psychologist
- Willing to travel
- Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment will be an advantage
- Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, with high willingness to learn
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Good communication in English, both oral and written
- Willing to be placed at Bintaro, Tangerang
