- 5 years experience in Production House which produced Sinetron.
- Highly organized, efficient and quick-thinking
- Experienced in handling daily show/streaping format sinetron
- Strong leadership
- Be able to work under tight schedule/pressured
- Meticulous
- Broaden knowledge of equipment supplier and has a good relationship
with the supplier
- Familiar with editing software
- Be able to do the budgeting
