CALL CENTRE OFFICER (CCO)
The main responsibility is to handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.
- University graduate/ SI from any major or Diploma/D3 (with 1 year working experience)
- Enthusiastic, hard working, and willing to work with shift schedule
- Highly motivated and has good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy (Words, Excel)
- Team focused with a flexible attitude
